Policy Delivery
There are many different ways to build a client’s confidence, but one of the

Once you have explained the policy and have answered all of their pertinent
questions,

want to offer to send a copy of the schedule page of the policy to all of
their
children or other family members that may be responsible in assisting with
their care in
the days to come. Include a letter of introduction and explanation

policy was purchased to help them take care of their long-term care needs
for the
future.
The letter should also give the family members information about how to contact
you,
the broker,
in the future should they have any questions or concerns.
